DAMAGED OR PROBLEMS must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Don't
accept outside damaged boxes. Return of product (at no charge) may be
required for a refund or replacement. Please call 206-819-1737 if there is
a problem. If possible take a picture of the damage immediately and email

Instructions for Damage Claim to do a Call Tag to UPS for a refund:
We require that all visible damage be reported within 24 hours of receipt of
package: visible damage includes dents, crushed corners, and other visibile
sign of damage to your outer shipping carton.
We require that all concealed damage be reported within 48 hours of receipt
of package: concealed damage includes any damage sustained by product within
your shipping carton.
In order to honor claim, the Carrier will require that you:
1. Hold onto ALL original packing materials for up to 72 hours from date of
your claim
2. Include ALL damaged product for inspection by Carrier
UPS claims are typically resolved within 7-10 working days.
We will notify you once claim is settled.
